A man is being treated in hospital with life-threatening injuries after apparently falling from a house.

Police are investigating after he was found seriously hurt outside a property in Mills Terrace, Chatham.

Officers were called to the scene at 5.25pm yesterday.

Although they believe the man fell from a height, they say inquiries into the incident are still ongoing.

The man, who is believed to be in his early 20s, was taken to a London hospital.

Residents and nearby shop workers said they knew nothing of the incident when visited by a news team this afternoon.
