"Get marching for mental health" is the message for people across the Towns.
Darren Adams, from Gillingham, wants to use his own experiences of mental health issues to mobilise others to support each other.
He hopes to get enough support to stage a march through the Towns, in a show of solidarity for those going through their own issues.
Darren, 29, of West Street, has autism and Auditory Process Disorder (APD).
He has suffered a breakdown and has been sectioned twice but said he was inspired to set up the event, on Sunday, March 29, to honour the non-professional people who help those in need.
He said: “There’s so many people out there who have struggled or who are struggling.
“Everyone is welcome and it’s an opportunity for people to not be isolated, for people to come and talk, even if it’s just to one person.”
The route will begin at Gillingham Railway Station, with people meeting at 11.30am for a midday start.
Darren wants to stop off in Brompton to pay homage to those serving in the army at the Royal School of Military Engineering.
Brompton is also important to Darren as it is also home to the headquarters of the Kent Autistic Trust.
The rest of the route will go through Chatham and finish in Rochester.
Darren says people do not have to complete the whole route and anyone wishing to get more information can get in touch via the events Facebook page at bit.ly/32MgQbw
