There was an altercation between five men who were all ejected from the club.
The argument continued outside and then along Rochester High Street.
A 23-year-old man received cuts and bruises to his face and body after he was punched to the ground and kicked. A 24-year-old man received a broken nose .
Forty-year-old David Asphall of Wilton Way, Hackney, and 43-year-old Cyril Grant of Teviot Street, Poplar were both jailed for 18 months.
Forty-year-old Christopher Nelson of Horndon Road, Romford, received a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years.
They were arrested shortly after the incident. All three were sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court on Wednesday, September 9.
Det Insp Geoff Payne said: "We are pleased with the sentences handed out at court to these three men.
"It sends a clear message that anyone who intends on causing violence in Medway during the evening can end up facing a lengthy jail term.
"Kent Police will not tolerate any kind of violence in the towns.
"Luckily the offenders were all arrested quickly and despite their initial claims that they were not involved, the evidence against them left them no choice but to plead guilty.
"Fortunately crimes of violence against the person are falling this year and there has already been an 11.3 per cent reduction in Medway."
