The family of a mother missing for a month after boarding a flight to Mexico have issued a desperate appeal for her to get in touch.
Sally Hann, 55, has not been seen by her family since she left home in Gordon Road, Chatham, to go shopping in the town on Friday, October 25.
Her husband Keith raised the alarm when she did not return that evening.
Four days later, the family were told Mrs Hann, who also has four grandchildren, had been found safe and well and that she would contact them in three weeks.
They have now found out that the mother-of-four boarded a plane to Cancun in Mexico on Tuesday, October 29.
She still has not been heard from and her family are growing increasingly concerned.
Daughter Kirsty Fraser said she is "worried about her state of mind" because she suffers from depression.
Mrs Hann's family claimed when they asked questions about her whereabouts, they were told police could not tell them due to data protection laws.
They were then told to return to the police station in three weeks.
Kirsty, 32, went to Medway Police Station, in Purser Way, Gillingham, last Wednesday - when she claims she was finally told her mother had boarded a flight from Gatwick Airport to Cancun.
Mrs Hann left her phone at home and her disappearance has been described as "out of character".
Kirsty said was "going out of her mind" with worry and that "nothing had happened at home" to give her mother a reason to leave.
"I'm assuming she's on her own; I'm just worried about her state of mind because she has depression..." - daughter Kirsty Fraser
She said: "I'm assuming she's on her own; I'm just worried about her state of mind because she has depression and other things."
Mrs Hann used to work as a care assistant, but has been off work sick for two years.
Asked if she had a message for her mother, Kirsty said: "No one's angry with you, no one's upset. We just want to hear from you."
Mrs Hann had mentioned travelling to Mexico before she disappeared, but told family she wanted to go next year.
The family want to know why Mrs Hann was allowed to get on the plane given her depression.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "Kent Police received a report of a missing adult woman on October 25. Inquiries were made and officers located the woman and ensured she was safe and well.
"In line with the woman's wishes no further information of her whereabouts was disclosed. We are no longer treating her as a missing person."
