A body found in woodland yesterday has been identified as a man reported missing last week.

Adam Jarvis, 40, disappeared from his home in Rochester on Thursday, July 20.

Yesterday, officers discovered a body in woodland near Knights Place Farm Equestrian Centre in Cobham.

Police have now confirmed the body was that of Mr Jarvis.

A police spokesman said: "Next of kin are aware and the death is not being treated as suspicious. A report will now be prepared for the coroner."
