Missing Rochester man Tony Morgan found safe and well

A man reported missing has been found.

Police issued an appeal for information on the whereabouts of Tony Morgan from Rochester yesterday, stating there were concerns for the welfare of the 56-year-old.

They confirmed this morning he had been found safe and well.
