Police are appealing for information about the whereabouts of a 14-year-old boy from Gillingham.

Simon Adams was last seen on Wednesday 9 September 2009 in Gillingham.

It is believed that he has been travelling around the country and may have visited Bristol, London and Manchester.

Simon is 5ft 9ins, medium/stocky build with very short mousey brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a dark-coloured windbreaker hoodie and white NIKE trainers.

Officers are concerned for his welfare.
