A mobility scooter was involved in a crash on a busy road this morning.

Police were called to Luton Road at 10.23am after reports of a collision between the scooter and a car.

Officers are currently at the scene and the road was closed following the crash.

Paramedics also attended.

A police spokesman said: "No serious injuries are believed to have been reported at this time."
