Justin Gonzales was arrested in July, 15, after he crashed his bike into a black car at the bottom of Chatham Hill.
As he spoke to the officers he took a package out of his mouth and passed the wrap of cocaine to them.
Additional wraps were found hidden in his underwear and cash, a mobile phone and a sim card were also seized.
The drugs discovered were crack cocaine and heroin with a street value of up to £600.
The north-west Londoner was arrested and charged with drug dealing offences and being in possession of criminal property - cash.
Just five days earlier, Gonzales, riding a different moped, was arrested by officers after they found concealed wraps of heroin in his boxers.
At court he pleaded guilty to all six charges and the 19-year-old was sentenced to two and a half years’ in a young offenders’ institution on Tuesday.
