A mum-of-three broke down weeping in the dock as a jury convicted her of taking part in the rape of a love rival.
Samantha Hart had accused the victim of performing a sex act on her boyfriend.
The 31-year-old mother slapped the woman several times before threatening to "rip out her womb".
The victim was then forced to perform sex acts on Hart and lover Charlie Olding.
The incidents were filmed and shown to a jury during the trial - now Judge Philip Statman has remanded Hart into custody pending reports, following her trial at at Maidstone Crown Court.
He told her and Olding, 22: "There is only one way of dealing with you and that is you will receive a long period of immediate imprisonment.
"Your conduct, as was shown in the video, makes this a very serious case indeed."
In ordering probation reports the judge ordered both be assessed as to what danger they may pose in the future.
Hart, 31, and Olding, 22, both of Hartington Street, Chatham; and Lee Kitchiner, 18, of Weston Road, Strood were all convicted of causing the victim to carry out a sex act.
And Hart and Olding were also convicted of the "grave" rape.
Prosecutor Daniel Stevenson told how police received a call from the victim who revealed she had been attacked and had been held in the cellar at Hart's home.
He told the jury during the four-week trial: "She said that they assaulted her and made threats to kill her.
"She said that Kitchiner was watching, laughing and telling Hart to do what she was doing."
The court heard how earlier the victim had been directed to the back of Hart's home where she was accused of performing a sex act with Olding.
Mr Stevenson told how the victim was made to swear she had not done it.
He added: "Hart assaulted her by pushing and smacking her and she was ordered down to the cellar where Hart started getting into her face.
"Hart threatened to burn down the woman's home and told her she would kill her by getting a Rambo knife from Olding's bedroom and stabbing her."
The prosecutor accused Hart of subjecting the woman to "serious assaults, verbal abuse – including calling her 'a s***, fat and a skank' while punching and slapping her."
Mr Stevenson said the woman was kept in the cellar until she was able to escape the following day and report the alleged attacks to police.
Hart had previously admitted assaulting the woman but Kitchiner was found not guilty of assault.
The judge praised the jury for having to watch "disturbing videos that no-one would ordinarily have to see". He then excused them from any further jury service for seven years.
Kitchiner was bailed and all three will now be sentenced in June.
