Two Polish men could be facing jail sentences for running brothels in Gillingham and Maidstone.
Piotr Piekarski and Przemyslaw Socha established one of the brothels after police raided the first.
Two female sex workers simply transferred to the new premises, Maidstone Crown Court was told.
"One of the main concerns of the police in terms of both raids was to make sure there was no trafficking or abuse," said prosecutor Tony Prosser.
"Neither of the women, who were over 18, made any complaints."
Piekarski, 35, and 37-year-old Socha admitted two offences of keeping a brothel on September 14 2016, and October 13 2016.
Piekarski, of Grove Road, Chatham, also admitted possessing criminal property - £2,234 - on September 14, 2016.
Socha, of Manor Road, Leyton, east London, also admitted possessing criminal property - £11,542 – on February 20, 2017.
Mr Prosser said the cash was takings from the brothels in Higham Close, Tovil, and Montgomery Road, Gillingham.
Sentence was adjourned until a two-week period beginning February 25.
Judge Julian Smith said the offences crossed the custody threshold, but were also in the range for suspended sentences.
"That doesn't mean I am going to suspend the sentence,” he told the two men.
“I'm not making you any promises.
"But it is certainly to be considered and I order pre-sentence reports to assist me in those judgements."
Socha has convictions for possessing class A drugs in 2008 and assault causing actual bodily harm in 2010.
Piekarski has no previous convictions bail was continue for the pair.
