Two men have been remanded in custody accused of kidnapping, robbery and assault in Gillingham earlier this month.

Sacha Havelock-Dewaele, 22, and Peter James Jenkins, 35, both of Canterbury Street, Gillingham, are jointly charged following the alleged crime in Duncan Road in the town on April 2.

Havelock-Dewaele is also accused of possessing an imitation firearm.

Both men were remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone crown court on April 25.
