Kent Police are appealing for witnesses amid their investigation into a robbery in Chatham.
The incident is thought to have happened around 10:40pm on Saturday, February 10 in an alleyway near War View.
The victim, a teenager on his way home, was approached by three men.
One of the men asked the victim for the time, before revealing a knife and holding it to the victim's neck.
Another man then asked for the victim's phone before he took it out of his pocket, giving it to a third man who then walked away towards Ash Tree Lane.
The second suspect proceeded to looking through their victim's pockets, and stole the victim's red rucksack before walking away after the third man.
The first man, who had held his knife to the teenager throughout, warned him to not report the incident before joining the other two men.
All the suspects have been described as around 5'10", wearing hoodies with their hoods up.
Two of the men wore dark clothes, and one had a scarf covering his face; the other was wearing lighter clothing.
The men have also been described as Eastern European in accent and appearance.
