Police who appealed for information after a man was reported missing yesterday say he has been found safe and well.

Danny Hooper, from Chatham, was last seen at around 1pm on Saturday.

His sister, Diana Hooper, said the family hoped he returned soon.

She said: "We're all really worried about Danny, and just want to know that he's safe. We want him back as soon as possible."

Police said in a statement tonight the 39-year-old had been found safe and well.
