A woman was grabbed from behind and pinned to the ground by a sex attacker as she walked along a busy street late at night.

The victim was attacked as she walked along Delce Road, Rochester, at about 11.30pm on Monday.

She told officers a stranger grabbed her from behind, pulled her to the ground and touched her over her clothing before she managed to get away.

Now officers have released an e-fit of the suspect.

The suspect is white, around 6ft, mid-20s to early 30s, of slim build with muscular arms. He was wearing a grey hoodie.

Police say the case is unrelated to recent concerns in the same area.
