Detectives investigating an attempted robbery in Chatham have released an image of a man they would like to speak to.
The incident happened at about 11.40am on Thursday, October 2, at the Barclays Bank in Chatham High Street.
The would-be robber struck as a cash delivery driver entered the bank to collect a box of cash.
As she entered the building, she heard a commotion behind her and, as she turned, was assaulted by a man who grabbed the cash box.
The woman in her 30s suffered minor injuries and ambulance crews treated her at the scene.
It is believed two men were involved in the incident.
The first suspect is described as black and wore a grey coat, black baseball cap and dark trousers.
The second suspect is also described as black and slim. His clothing was black and he wore white gloves.
Two people who had seen what happened intervened and tackled one suspect and the cash delivery driver managed to secure the cash box while another suspect entered the building and pulled the first man way before they fled together.
A 23 year-old woman and 39-year-old man from Chatham were arrested in connection with the incident and later released on bail until November 3.
