A popular pub which closed last month is to reopen under new management after a £200,000 makeover.
Regulars of The Bounty, in Strood, as well as newcomers, are invited to a bash to toast the re-launch.
The new managers of the pub in Bligh Way promise to return it to being "your go-to local" which has won it its reputation over the years.
The modern post-war boozer, built on a corner plot, serves the heavily populated and sprawling surrounding housing estate.
The brewery Stonegate has put its Craft Union Community Family branch at the helm with the aim of bringing a "home from home" feel to the place.
A spokesman for The Bounty said: “The pub is due to reopen in mid-February following a considerable investment.
"We are excited to be hosting a launch party weekend from February 24 to 26 to showcase the new look to customers old and new.
"Please keep an eye on the pub’s social media for news and updates.”
It closed under the previous landlady Georgina Hills on January 17 and will reopen on Thursday, February 16.
The publican and her staff posted on the final day: "We want to thank you for your continued support for the past five years, through the good times and the tough.
"The pub will be closed until further notice, however, to EVERYONE – those that were barred (now unbarred) and everyone in between; please give the new managers a good old Bounty welcome when the time comes!
"The Bounty Team x."
"We’re your go-to local for all your favourite drinks in a friendly, easy-going atmosphere..."
It's expected that cask ale will be introduced through two hand pumps with one changing beer sourced nationally. The pub serves one regular ale, Sharp's Doom Bar.
It has a large L-shaped bar where live sport is shown on giant screens and is popular with families coming for a bite to eat.
The message from the brewery is: "We’re your go-to local for all your favourite drinks in a friendly, easy-going atmosphere, with HD screens showing both Sky and BT Sports.
"PS We’re also dog friendly, so don’t forget to bring your pets along."
In the past, the pub's staff and customers have raised money for various good causes.
