Commuters have faced major delays getting to the capital this morning.
Train services on the Dover Priory to London line have been delayed due to signalling problems at Faversham.
Southeastern is reporting of delays of up to 60 minutes. Several services have been cancelled and up to 21 others have been delayed. Disruption is expected until 11am.
One commuter waiting at Rainham station said the delays were actually 85 minutes.
She added: “No trains have come through Rainham for half an hour. They said the Victoria train would be stopping and it flew through the station very fast and empty.
"There has been awful communication.”
Replacement buses have been organised to carry passengers between Ramsgate/Dover Priory and Faversham.
Southeastern has apologised to customers on Twitter and said their engineers have been working as quickly as possible to fix the problem.
They also reminded people of the delay repay scheme which offers compensation if trains are delayed by more than 30 minutes.
