Red, white and blue fervour will sweep through Medway as the wedding of the year is celebrated tomorrow.
The fun has already started in some places in the Towns, with parties in schools, community centres and village halls.
The romance of Prince William marrying Kate Middleton has touched the hearts of many.
People across the Towns will be pulling out all the stops to rejoice on their own doorsteps as they party with regal revelries and follow the ceremony at Westminster Abbey on Friday.
Undoubtedly, the Medway couple who will enjoy the day more than anyone are Gemma King and Alex Payne - who will be marrying at their village church in Halling tomorrow afternoon before celebrating at Cooling Castle Barn.
Elsewhere in Medway, people can follow the royal nuptials in the capital on big screens at Dickens World. At Fort Amherst, the ceremony will be marked at 12.15pm with a 21-gun cannon salute.
Medway Council has approved road closures for street parties at Chequers Court, Weston Road and Allington Drive, Strood; Park Crescent, Chatham; Baker Street, Rochester; Garden Street, Brompton and Swain Road, Rainham.
