Police, fire and ambulance crews responded to an incident in Gillingham.
Several emergency vehicles and officers were in Duncan Road from around 4am but fire and ambulance crews have confirmed they left around 7.14am.
Police are still to confirm if they are still present.
It is reported that specialist forensic officers are also at the scene.
The incident took place in a private home and was classed as a medical issue with all emergency services not wanting to offer more information at this time.
A witness, who walked past the area at around 7am on his way to work, said: "I turned the corner and there were police, fire and ambulance.
"I tried speaking to police to ask what was going on but they couldn't say.
