A man was left with a cut to his stomach after allegedly being attacked by two men with a knife.

The incident was said to have happened outside a row on shops on John Street, in Rochester around midnight on Friday.

One man, who didn’t want to be named, said two people had run out of a nearby alley with a knife and attacked the man.

The victim, said to be in his 20s and lives locally, was not seriously injured in the incident.
