Two charged after drugs, Samurai swords and £600 cash found following disturbance in Trinity Road, Gillingham

Samurai swords, cash and class A drugs have been found in a property by police investigating a disturbance.

Officer say it involved several people, some of who were alleged to be in possession of bladed weapons.

After carrying out inquiries and reviewing available CCTV police attended another property a couple of streets along in Richmond Road on Tuesday.

Once inside the premises, they recovered class A drug deals, three swords, mobile phones and more than £600 in cash.

A man and two teenage boys were also arrested and taken into custody.

Dominik Bialy, 18, of Mill Road, Erith, and a 17-year-old boy, also from London were later charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, being concerned in the supply of heroin, possession of crack cocaine with intent to supply.

They were also charged with possession of three samurai swords in a private place.

Mr Bialy was further charged with possessing a sword in a public place and threatening unlawful violence towards another person on February 24.

Mr Bialy and the 17-year-old boy were both remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Mr Bialy has been sent to Maidstone Crown Court in custody for a plea and trial prep on March 25.

A 15-year-old boy from Minster-on-Sea was bailed to return to the police station on May 27, pending further investigation.
