Invicta Dynamos head coach Kevin Parrish says the way in which his players finish the season will go a long way to determining their futures and his own.
Mos must win at Bracknell tomorrow (Saturday) and at home to Bristol on Sunday to guarantee finishing fourth in ENIHL Division 1 South and secure home advantage against Cardiff in the play-offs.
Parrish said: "It’s important that we finish with two wins. Five or six of the squad are playing for their futures with the club. If I’m here next year, there are a few who I’m 50-50 about whether to bring back.
"My future is a bit up in the air right now. There are personal reasons – I’ve just had another baby, my second – and work reasons. It’s hard going getting up early and going to work in London all week and fitting in the training and games and travelling when you’ve got a family.
"Plus I have taken a lot of criticism this season, maybe some of it has been deserved, but it makes you wonder if you want it all.
"It’s something for after the season, really. I want to finish the season strong and then see what we can do in the play-offs.
"If we go and win the play-offs then everyone will want to be back and you won’t need to change anything."
