Police say they have been "forced" to implement dispersal orders after several groups of boy racers advertised meet-ups.
As a result, officers will be patrolling areas in Medway from 6pm today until 6pm Sunday.
This is the second time dispersal orders have been issued for the area.
Last weekend, a number orders were put in place due to fears a large gathering of car enthusiasts could lead to "dangerous and antisocial driving".
A police spokesman confirmed that two traffic offences reports were handed out during that time, along with three further notices to leave the area.
These were issued in respect of drivers in Strood Retail Park and the Dockside Outlet Centre in Chatham.
Police tweeted this afternoon, announcing that dispersal orders were to be put in place again.
The tweet said: "Once again we have been forced to use dispersal powers due to 'Boy Racer' groups advertising meets across #Medway.
"Dispersals across Medway now in place from 6pm tonight for 48hrs."
The orders cover the Dockside Outlet Centre, Strood Retail Park and the Hoo Peninsula.
While in force, they allow officers to stop anyone involved in antisocial behaviour, move them on from the area and seize vehicles.
People who ignore instructions to leave can be arrested.
Police have been contacted for more information.
