A leisure centre's swimming pools are to reopen after being closed for three days.
Medway Park sports centre in Mill Road, Gillingham, shut its swimming pools on Monday morning because the water was too cold.
School swimming lessons were cancelled as engineers tried to replace the centre's gas meter.
A statement from Medway Sport, which runs the centre on behalf of Medway Council, confirmed Wednesday afternoon that the pools would reopen tomorrow (Thursday).
It said: "We are pleased to let you know that a new gas supply meter has been installed at Medway Park and we will be opening the pools late tomorrow afternoon, in time for swimming lessons at 4pm.
"Today the gym remains open and all dry activities and classes continue to run, but customers are advised that it will feel cooler than normal and the showers will remain closed.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued patience."
A specialist engineer visited the centre yesterday and said a new gas meter was needed.
At the time a statement said: "We are waiting for a new meter. Once delivered, it will be installed as quickly and safely as possible."
Customers are warned that it will still take "some time" to get the temperature of the pools and the centre back up to normal levels.
The centre added: "We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued patience."
Swimming pools at Strood and Hoo sports centre remain open as usual.
Cllr Simon Curry, Labour Group spokesman for regeneration, culture and the environment on Medway Council said: "Residents will be rightly angry about the latest failing from Conservative-controlled Medway Council.
"We have been repeatedly calling for further condition surveys and information on leisure sites following what happened at Splashes which fell into permanent disrepair and meant demolition was required.
"A lack of information about the time-scale for the re-opening of Medway Park’s swimming pools will be giving residents understandable cause for concern.”
