A unique opportunity to hit the road this summer in a camper conversion described as a "real head turner" has become available.
The quirky "half car" trailer was "reluctantly" put up for sale in the Walderslade area of Chatham a few days ago.
Pictures posted to Kent's Facebook Marketplace show the quirky green people carrier sewn in half and reconverted into a hanger with Looney Tunes' Tasmanian Devil emblazoned on the side.
It is described as a "1998 Ford Galaxy half car camper" with a starting price tag of £1500.
In a style befitting MTV's Pimp My Ride the Ford's interior has been kitted out with a tv, radio and five led lights.
There are also two plugs with built in trip protection, the floor is insulated and carpeted, and it comes with a three inch memory foam double mattress to sleep two adults comfortably.
But you might have to move quickly to secure this unique motoring opportunity as there was plenty of adoration for the camper online.
Facebook users commented "brilliant" and "love this" with one remarking: "This is honestly the weirdest thing I have ever seen."
The owner has described the car conversion in his own words as a "fun little camper" and a "real head turner" in a further listing on online auctioneers eBay.
Explaining the reason for selling, he added: "I built this a few years ago for me and my daughters to get a bit of the great outdoors.
"I have used it a few time but unfortunately due to the last year we have not got the use out of it and now our family has grown we require something bigger."
He added: ""It tows great, has fully working brakes, all tyres are good including spare, towing electrics are all wired to original lights.
"The roof box is included. The only bad point is the front panel could do with professionally painting as I was in a hurry to use it and did it myself (I’m not a painter) but if you're not fussed it looks OK."
