Two women, one a pensioner, have had their necklaces snatched from their necks in two separate robberies in Chatham.
The first happened in Jenkins Dale, on Wednesday, July 29, just before 5pm.
A 68-year old woman from the town was approached by another woman who pushed her onto a fence and pulled the necklace from around her neck.
The robber is white, about 20, and had short blonde hair and a chubby face, she was with two men at the time of the incident.
No descriptions of the men have been released.
The second happened in Ordnance Street, on Saturday, August 1, between 1.30 and 2pm.
Another Chatham woman, 45, was approached by a man who asked for the time.
Shortly afterwards, he approached her again and pulled the necklace from her neck.
The man is black, 5ft, of medium build and spoke with a local accent.
He was wearing jeans, white shirt, black coat and a dark coloured cap.
Neither woman received any injuries during the robberies.
