Part of the Medway Tunnel was blocked by a three-car crash this morning.

The accident happened on the busy route's westbound lane, which connects Strood to Chatham, and caused queueing traffic between Maritime Way and Anthonys Way.

It has now been reported that the road has cleared and traffic is easing.

There are also reports of slow traffic due to another accident on the A2 Watling Street in both directions at Carnation Road.
