Emergency services attended a crash which left three people needing hospital treatment.

It happened in Station Road, Rainham, yards from The Railway pub, at 11.30pm last night and involved two cars.

One of the cars collided with the wall of a house.

Georgia Newell, who witnessed the crash's aftermath, said: "I was walking home last night with my boyfriend when we got to Wetherspoon we saw it all taped off and bits of car all over the road and on the flat next to Wetherspoons had massive crack on the wall.

"The car had gone into it and the car was all smashed up by the fire station in Rainham."

Three people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
