Tickets for next year’s Rochester Castle Concerts go on sale today.

Veteran rockers Status Quo will be returning to the castle for the third time when they kick-off the 2010 Castle Concerts series on Wednesday, July 14.

But you will have to act fast if you want to see them, last time Status Quo appeared at the castle, tickets sold out in less than a week.

Also reappearing next year, on Saturday, July 17, is the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra at the Castle Proms.

Tickets for both acts go on sale at 10am today at The Central Theatre and The Brook Theatre box office and Medway Visitor Information Centre in Rochester High Street.

Quo tickets cost £35, while the Castle Proms cost £29.50, or £27.50 if you book before Thursday, December 31.

Details of the acts for Thursday, July 15 and Friday, July 16 will be announced in the New Year.
