A teenage boy and a man have been charged in connection with an arson attack on a motor company in Medway.
The pair will appear before magistrates in Medway next month after being charged with three offences.
Tyler Turner, 20, of Ryde Close, in Princes Park, Chatham, and a 13-year-old also from Chatham, who cannot be named, are accused of arson, aggravated vehicle taking and burglary.
It relates to an incident at the Regency Motor Company in The Brook, in March.
At the time an office building and a number of cars were destroyed by flames.
It was thought the vehicles were allegedly torched at about 1am and a Range Rover and a safe containing some cash were taken from the business.
Fifteen firefighters from Medway and Strood were called to the scene where they found an outdoor cabin, used as an office, ablaze.
Crews used breathing apparatus to put out the fire and it took them two hours.
Turner and the teenager were charged with the offences last Monday, but details have only just been released by police.
The pair will appear before the Medway court on Monday, October 19.
