Hoath Way in Gillingham partially closed after two-car crash earlier this morning

A two-vehicle crash has left a road partially closed while the carriageway is cleared of spilt oil.

The collision occurred on Hoath Way in Gillingham at around 9.30am today.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the accident on the Gillingham-bound carriageway and ambulance crew attended to those involved.

At this stage it the extent of any injuries sustained in the crash is not known.

Kent Police says a lane closure remains in place due to an oil spill.
