UK Power Networks engineers have been dealing with an underground cable fault since the beginning of the month.
On March 8, repairs began on the Beacon Road area of Luton, Chatham.
As a result of this, UK Power Networks reconfigured their network and used mobile generators to maintain power locally.
However, one resident said they have had six power cuts in two weeks with some lasting up to six hours.
The fault has been repaired and today engineers are returning the network to normal operation.
A spokesman for UK Power Networks said: "There have been some unplanned interruptions to the local power supply during the past fortnight for which we apologise and would like to thank residents for their patience while these repairs were carried out."
