Three men were arrested and weapons - including a tyre iron and sharp tool - seized following an operation to target knife crime.
Drugs, including ecstasy and amphetamine, were also confiscated as part of the overnight work by police in Medway.
Officers from the community policing team and tactical operations had teamed up with the British Transport Police, along with a police dog, for the planned operation last night.
A 32-year-old man from Gillingham was arrested in Elmstone Road, Rainham at around 10.30pm on suspicion of affray.
This followed an incident in which two teenagers were reportedly threatened.
A property and vehicle was searched and officers seized a sharp tool.
A 32-year-old man from Rochester, who was wanted for failing to appear at court in Essex, was detained at Chatham Train Station at around 6pm.
Patrols also found a quantity of amphetamine.
A 40-year-old man from London was arrested at Chatham Train Station at around 7.30pm on suspicion of possessing class B drugs and an offensive weapon.
Officers seized cannabis and a tyre iron.
Police say enquiries remain ongoing following the arrests.
A Tweet from police in Medway said: "Medway CPT assisted by @KPTacOps conducted an evening of proactive work targeting knife crime and drug offences.
"Activity in Gillingham and Chatham led to three males being arrested and three weapons and numerous drugs being seized."
