Patients in Kent are struggling to book appointments with their GPs outside of working hours.

That's according to a new report, which shows more than five million people are unable to schedule check-ups.

Analysis of official data shows that 10% of registered patients live in areas where there is no access to GPs in the evening and at weekends.

KMTV asked shoppers in Medway how easy they find it to get an appointment with their GP.
