A woman crashed her car into railings outside a Rochester school this afternoon.

The smash happened outside the Rochester Math School, in Maidstone Road.

Police were called at about 1.15pm and the woman, who is believed to be in her 60s, is not thought to have suffered any serious injury.

A Kent Police spokesman said the vehicle was due to recovered so the crash should not impact on the school run.
