A woman was molested by a couple as they tried to persuade her to join them in a threesome, a court heard.
David and Sarah Finan sexually assaulted the woman despite her repeatedly rebuffing the invitation, it was alleged.
It happened after a drunken night out in Chatham, a jury at Maidstone Crown Court was told.
Sarah Finan, 37, and the other woman had previously had “boob jobs” and had earlier rubbed their breasts together and posed as David Finan, 41, took photos.
Prosecutor Paul Valder said they had been to bars at Chatham Maritime in October 2014.
Back at the couple’s home on St Mary’s Island Sarah Finan’s breasts were exposed and she kept pulling the other woman’s top down.
The alleged victim claimed she was assaulted after others in the house had gone to bed.
She told the jury from behind screens that Sarah Finan invited her upstairs for sex.
“That was the first time I felt uncomfortable,” she said. “She didn’t look like she was joking.”
Asked why she did not leave, she replied: “I had no reason to believe it would go any further. She hadn’t forced herself on me. I put it down to her being really drunk, crazy.”
David Finan invited her to join him and his wife upstairs. She declined. He then suggested she had sex with his wife while he watched.
The woman sent a text to another guest sleeping upstairs saying: “OMG. You need to come downstairs now! Please.”
The guest did so and was told what allegedly happened.
After the guest went back upstairs, Sarah Finan returned and said she wanted sex with her. David Finan joined them and started to kiss and grope her breast under her top.
Mr Valder said the woman told him to stop and suggested he had sex with his wife instead.
"It was so surreal. I had already told him to stop. He knew that he had to stop but he just ignored me" - alleged victim to court
Sarah Finan put her hand down the woman’s pyjama bottoms before she was pushed off the sofa. The woman’s DNA was later found on her.
David Finan returned when the woman was alone again. He started kissing her and told her she was enjoying it.
The woman told him she was having an affair and did not want sex with him.
He put his hand down her knickers, it was alleged.
The woman said she did not get off the sofa during the assaults because she felt “almost paralysed” with shock.
“It was so surreal,” she said. “I had already told him to stop. He knew that he had to stop but he just ignored me.”
Mr Valder said it was not a case of misreading signals, adding the woman was “saying no from the get go”.
The Finans, of Meadowsweet View, St Mary’s Island, deny assault by penetration.
The trial continues.
