A woman has been taken to hospital after a three-vehicle collision.

Police were called at around 9am to Corporation Street, Rochester, after the incident which involved two cars and a van.

Officers and paramedics went to the scene and the woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Traffic was held while the incident was dealt with, but has now returned to normal.
