Gillingham playmaker Bradley Dack insists the team fear no one.

The Gills sit top of League 1 after 14 games and are the division’s leading scorers.

Ever-present midfielder Dack said: “We aren’t coming up against anyone we fear.

“Teams are coming to stop us from playing and that is a compliment and is something we have to overcome, like we did on Tuesday.

“Maybe we have to change shapes and personnel but everyone in the squad is good enough to play and that shows.

“At the start of the season we said we would try and get into the play-offs but the league is open this year and I don’t think there is a Bristol City or a Preston, so it is anyone’s.

“At the minute we are playing well. We have to keep our feet on the ground and continue picking up points.”

Dack assisted both of Gillingham’s goals in a 2-1 win over Scunthorpe on Tuesday night.
“It was nice to set them up,” said the 21-year-old.

“I don’t care who scores, as long as we get the three points. It is nice to chip in with goals and assists but as long as we play well and win, that’s all you can really ask for."
