Gillingham, Dover Athletic and Maidstone United were kept apart in the draw for the Second Round of the FA Cup on Monday evening.
Gillingham have been handed a trip to former winners Blackpool, sat 15th in League 2, should they overcome Brackley Town in a replay.
Dover Athletic could host another former winner if they can overcome Cambridge United in their own replay with the victor hosting the winner of the tie between League 1 strugglers Coventry City, winners in 1987, and League 2 Morecambe at Crabble.
If Maidstone United are able to see-off Rochdale in their replay their 'reward' is an even longer trip to take on Carlisle United who are riding high in League 2.
Charlton Athletic will host MK Dons in their Second Round tie, with games being played on the weekend of December 3/4/5.
Gills saw their blushes spared by a Frank Nouble double at Priestfield on Saturday as they had to come from 2-0 down against National League North side Brackley to ensure a replay at a ground where they were dumped out of the competition in 2013.
Dover Athletic are another side facing a First Round replay after Ricky Miller grabbed a late equaliser to earn a 1-1 draw at League 2 side Cambridge United on Saturday.
Maidstonewere seconds away from the biggest shock of the First Round on Sunday afternoon when they were pegged back by League 1 Rochdale with the final kick of the match at the Gallagher Stadium.
Bobby-Joe Taylor's first-half penalty had the Stones ahead but Callum Camps fired in from a controversial 25-yard free-kick to keep his side in the competition and ensure a replay at Spotland.
All three Kent sides are sure to be considered for TV coverage for their replays, with decisions set to be made after the final tie of the First Round on Monday night between Fleetwood and Southport.
