In this week's podcast hear reaction after Daryl McMahon parted company with Ebbsfleet after three-and-a-half years in charge as manager and was quickly replaced by Garry Hill.

It was also the first round of the FA Cup with Gillingham, Ebbsfleet, Maidstone and Dover all in action.

Maidstone beat League 2 opponents Macclesfield while Gillingham and Ebbsfleet both drew 0-0 against Hartlepool and Cheltenham respectively.

Dover were knocked out of the cup after suffering a 5-0 defeat at Bury.
