Chris Rampling joined the list of home winners at the Medway 10k on Sunday. The Medway & Maidstone runner beat Jay Smith (Dartford Road Runners) in the battle for victory with Rampling's clubmate Marley Godden third.
M&M won the women's race, too, Jemma Whyman getting ahead of Lilian Shillbeck (unattached) and Aurelia Osborne (Beckenham Running Club).
