Quested effectively won the Premier Division title after beating rivals Chatham Town SR 5-1 on Sunday.
The Qs are now top on goal difference and have just one game left to play, against bottom-side Star Meadow.
Goals from Harry Lester, Fjord Rogers, Frazer Rogers, Charlie Plummer and James Alderman inflicted a first league loss of the season on Chatham, for whom Tommy Davey replied.
Wigmore had Reiss Elvin and a Freddie Carroll penalty to thank for their 2-1 over Cuxton 91, whose reply came from Harrison Teale with another penalty.
Borden Park Wanderers finished bottom of Division 1 after a 5-1 defeat to AFC Shorne, despite Liam Ogle scoring. Adam Grimwood, Kieran Wells, Anthony Perkin and Alistair Crisic (2) netted for AFC Shorne.
Champions Springhead Park and Swanscombe Tigers shared the points in a 2-2 draw, Ben Cable and Scott Higgins scored for Park with Tom Searles and Billy Henderson replying.
There were plenty of goals in Division 3 as third-placed The Walnut Tree came out 12-4 winners against Medway United, who dropped to third-bottom.
Jason Yuen (4), George Baker (3), Callum Wheeler, Niall Cullen, Thomas Hayes, Neal Parkes, Rory Hawrihane were all on target for the victors with Jordan Lorentson, Aaron Scott and Danny Olowu (2) replying for Medway United.
Cantium moved above Medway United courtesy of a 6-1 win over Cliffe Woods Rangers. Goals came from Dylan Lockyer (3), Adam Norris, Mitchell Lee and Stuart Shilling while Liam Anderson netted for Rangers.
Kye Kelly scored the Bredhurst Juniors United goal in their 4-1 defeat to Pegasus 81, Swayze Whale (2), Jack Watkin-Everitt and Declan Fox did the damage.
Wigmore Wanderers lost 8-1 to Strood in Division 5. Three players scored twice for Strood in Josh Brown, Leyton Davis and Owen Godfrey with Josh Buckingham and Jack Mostoe completing the scoring.
