Gillingham have effectively increased season-ticket prices for next season after scrapping any early-bird offers.

Although prices are reduced from last season’s standard prices, it means many loyal Gills fans will end up paying more to watch their football at Priestfield for the 2023/24 season.

Football clubs often put season tickets on sale well before the new campaign with lower prices initially to reward supporters for their loyalty and to bring in revenue during the quieter summer months.

Adults in the Rainham End will pay £350 for a Gillingham season ticket, an increase on last season’s early-bird price of £330 which remained in place until June 7. Supporters, though, paid £375 if they purchased their season ticket after that cut-off point.

Senior prices in the Rainham End will also be £350 (£330/£350 last season), young adults will pay £190 (£170/£195), under-18s will pay £155 (£135/£160) and under-14s will pay £55 (£35/£50).

In the Medway Stand Lower ABC, supporters paid £360 or £430 last season. That price is now £380 for adults, £355 for seniors, £190 for young adults, £155 for under-18s and £55 for under-14s.

Adults in Medway Stand Lower DEF will pay £450 and in Lower GHJ it will be £375.

In the Gordon Road Stand, adult prices in Block A will be £340 with seniors £300, compared to £321/£365 and £279/£315 last season.

Gordon Road Stand blocks BCF will pay £390 for adults (last season £373/£425) and £340 for seniors (last season £321/£370) while blocks D and E will pay £440 for adults (last season £426/£480) and £370 for seniors (£352/£405).

A new feature for the 2023/24 season is the ability to transfer your season ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot make a particular match.

Season tickets will be available to purchase from midway on Monday, March 27and existing season-ticket holders have until April 30 to reserve their current seats.
