The Shouting Men with Gillingham midfielder Bradley Dack

I normally spend my days off playing golf with a couple of the boys.
Either that or chilling out watching a couple of series, like Prison Break or Walking Dead.
It’s nice to have a rest in the week after a game but you do miss it when you’re not in training.
It’s always tough to take a defeat but when you lose the way we did on Tuesday, having played well, you have to take the positives.
I was more down after losing to Scunthorpe a couple of weeks ago, because we knew we were better than we showed.
I maybe stay down for a couple of days. I tend to keep my head down and I’m quite quiet but my family know what I’m like.
I still live at home with my mum and dad and my sister and we’re quite close.
I’m only 20-25 minutes away from Gillingham and being a professional footballer is something I’ve always wanted to do.
There’s nothing else I’ve wanted to do ever since I was a young kid.
It’s every boy’s dream to be a footballer and to be living that dream is the best job in the world.
I maybe wasn’t the best player at under-16 level, but I worked hard.
You have to steer clear of injuries and hope the manager at the time likes you and puts faith in you.
You need a bit of luck as well and, if you’re good enough, it will happen.
I went to Ramsgate as a second-year scholar, which gave me experience of playing men’s football and it definitely helped me.
I didn’t have a choice but I wanted to go there and Jack Parter was put there too.
Jim Ward, the manager there at the time, is a top guy and I owe him a lot.
I still keep an eye on Ramsgate’s results now.
