Hopefully our luck has turned and to come away with a win again this weekend would be brilliant.
We won’t stand for a loss at the moment, not with the run we are on and the way we are playing. Everyone is happy and confident.
Training has been good this week and I’m sure the fans that travel will get behind us and hope we get the three points.
I have not played at Bradford before but we’re going there off the back of two wins and we’re all positive.
The lads went through all kinds of emotions in the last 15 minutes against Leyton Orient last Saturday. Leon Legge was buzzing to get a couple of goals and the fans were right behind us.
Unfortunately, they got their second, to equalise, and our heads dropped a little. I thought we could then hold out for a draw, especially having had Michael Doughty sent off.
The crowd were still behind us at 2-2 and when we got a free-kick on the edge of the box again the referee said ‘this will be it.’ It went out for the corner and I just ran up to the ball and got it off the keeper. I tried as quickly as possible to get the ball into the box but I still had to compose myself and take my time.
Luckily, it was a good ball in as I tried to hit an area around the penalty spot.
We do have our set-pieces but on that occasion I was just aiming to get it into the box and into a dangerous area, hoping someone would get on it. Cody did unbelievable to get his foot on the ball and around his marker.
