Gillingham boss Justin Edinburgh insists his side has quality as well as opponents Coventry

Justin Edinburgh has been focusing on his own players rather than Coventry’s ahead of League 1’s big clash.
The top two in the division go head-to-head on Saturday.
Gillingham are aiming to be the first team this season to claim a league win at the Ricoh Arena. Victory would keep Edinburgh’s team top of the table.
Opponents Coventry have a team littered with promising young Premier League loanees, including Liverpool’s Ryan Kent and Newcastle’s young hot-shot Adam Armstrong.
“There is quality in our team as well,” said the Gills manager.
“We’ve worked our week and our game-plan around us and our strengths. That is the mindset. We have got good players here. We’ve had a real good run of late and want to continue it.”
Coventry boast six wins and two draws at home – a record only bettered by the Gills in League 1. Edinburgh said: “We will be mindful and know they have got goals in their team and experience.
“These are games we want to be playing in on a regular basis and we are looking forward to it.
“We will show them the respect they deserve but we want to make sure we impose ourselves on the game, that is what I will be stressing to the players.”
