Bradley Dack is among the nominees for the Sky Bet League 1 player-of-the-year award.
Dack has just returned from a hamstring injury, which kept him out for over a month, but the 22-year-old has been a key performer for the Gills this season.
He has hit 15 goals for the club during the promotion charge, while also contributing to another 10 through assists.
The attacking midfielder will be up against Walsall’s Romaine Sawyers and Swindon Town’s Nicky Ajose.
Dack said: “It’s an honour to be nominated but I couldn’t have done it without the help of my team-mates.
“I want to also thank the staff and the manager for helping me this season. Let’s hope we have a good end to the season and make sure we make the play-offs.”
The awards are voted on by the League 1 managers.
Gills boss Justin Edinburgh, speaking recently about Dack, said: “He’s the best player in this league by a long way.
"He’s infectious, he is the leading scorer and leading assist provider and probably the catalyst of the team.”
