Rachael Burford has been selected for her third World Cup duty.
The England Women’s team for next month’s Paris World Cup was announced on Thursday.
Twenty-six players are in the squad, including Medway’s Burford.
England finished second at the 2010 World Cup in London and centre Burford is one of five players to have been selected for a third time in the prestigious finals.
Head Coach Gary Street said: “This is a really exciting and strong squad of 26 players going into a World Cup. We’ll be heading to France in a strong position.
“We have five players ready to take on their third World Cup. They have all been there and done it and they inevitably have a massive appetite to make it third time lucky.”
England’s campaign gets underway on August 1 against Samoa before taking on Spain and Canada.
