Chatham Town will be landlords to Southern Counties East side Welling Town next season.
Welling Town will be playing their home SCEFL Premier Division matches at Chatham's Bauvill Stadium, having previously been based at the Efes Stadium in Dartford, which is also home to Kent Football United.
'The Boots' were only founded in 2014, rising quickly from a Sunday League outfit through the Kent County League as a Saturday side and winning the SCEL Division 1 title at the first attempt. Welling finished 14th in the Premier Division at the end of the 2021/22 season.
A statement from Chatham said: “Chatham Town and Welling Town are delighted to announce that the clubs have entered into a groundshare agreement for the forthcoming 2022/23 season.
“The two clubs will build on an excellent working relationship, having previously hosted Welling in March and April.”
Welling Town said: "We’re extremely grateful to Chatham Town chairman Kevin Hake and his colleagues for allowing us to use the venue for a few SCEFL Premier Division games towards the end of last season, and that we can look forward to enjoying their excellent facilities and hospitality more regularly in the season ahead."
